initiative: cluster policy - a basis of national economy innovative development".

We invite you to take part in the first inter-regional economic forum "Samara initiative: cluster policy - a basis of national economy innovative development".

The basic purpose of a forum – to discuss the forms of cluster policy realization within the strategy of country and regions development, transnational and domestic companies development; to create special mechanisms of the state support and stimulation of the territorial and production clusters as the bases of innovative development of industrial Russia’s regions.

Leading russian and foreign experts on cluster methodology will take part in forum’s work, representatives of federal authorities, the international financial institutions, heads of the largest Russian and transnational companies, European clusters representatives, high schools, the Russian academy of sciences, bodies of legislative and executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation.

During the forum the following actions will take place:

• an exhibition "Investment projects of Samara region";
• plenary session "Territorial and production clusters and cluster policy in the strategy of  the national economy development";
• the master-class "Methodology of cluster diagnostics  on the territory of  a region";
• a training seminar "Cluster policy development and realization  at a regional level";
• a round table "Cluster  initiative as the form and the tool of regional development";
• a round table "Promotion of innovative technologies - a basis of cluster competitiveness";
• visiting of XXXIV All-Russia author's song festival of V.Grushin, a night concert on the Mountain, the voyage on a ship.

Forum participants will receive presentation materials with a statement of methodological principles and world practice of cluster policy formation, methodical materials on diagnostics and development of potential regional clusters.
